We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and service we provide. In the event that your not happy, we want you to grab the product and throw it against the wall.  Just joking!.. please don't do that if anything we want to  make it as stress free and simple as possible. You can return unopened, unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will not be eligible for refund.

Exchanges can be made if you simply didn't like the item, item was defective after use or saw something else in our store that you would much rather have. You have 30 days to return and exchange the unopened, unworn, unused item. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you. However, we do ask that you pay the shipping cost to sending it back to us, you can use the most convenient and reliable shipping method.

Defective or Error:
Any new defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. You have 30 days of ship date to contact us and let us that there has been a problem with your item or order. We will make every effort to make things right by, refunding your full money back including shipping and handling, gladly exchange the item or reship out a different item that you prefer (equivalent to the cost of your item). Important Notes For All Returns:
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges and making sure item arrives to us in a safe and complete condition. Excluding to any additional shipping charges if an item was received in error or found defective. For this reason we will reimburse shipping expenses ( USPS or UPS Ground Only) credit back to your credit card. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection and expense, we suggest you use the most convenient and reliable shipping method; preferably one that allows you to track your package. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received. By and Large, this applies to all our customers including our international customers.

Please allow 4 - 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) after receipt in our warehouse for your return refund or exchange to be processed and shipped to you. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please contact us for assistance.

If your ineligible for a return, please contact the manufacture directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.
